China Eleventh Chemical Construction Company (ELECO) was founded in 1962,which is certified by China Construction Ministry as the State first-grade enterprise of construction contracting and authorized to operate international business in the construction fields. Its headquarter is located in the historical city, Kaifeng, Henan province, where seven dynasties of China had established their capitals.

The company's subsidiary, the Chemical Machinery Manufacturing Works, has the capability of manufacturing large-scale metal structures, pressure vessels, chemical equipment, all kinds of pipe fittings, and LV/HV electrical switchboards.

The company's productive fixed asset is RMB 113.5 million Yuan. The total amount of construction equipment and machinery is over 2,240 sets, whose total capacity is up to 58,480 KW, and the total lifting capacity is summed 3,861 tons, the maximum lifting capacity of single piece is 600 tons.
