The meeting required that construction production and operations be effectively carried out to strive for the fulfillment of the annual targets. Planning should be done well based on the actual conditions of each project, with coordinated management; resource allocation should be optimized, with a commitment to winning through speed and improving efficiency; and efforts to develop domestic and international markets should be intensified, firmly securing the existing base while opening up new tracks. High-quality project performance must be ensured to build brand engineering projects. Contract terms should be studied in depth to meet the needs of owners and promote market development through high-quality performance; risk prevention and control should be strengthened, with top leaders at all levels taking up their responsibilities to ensure smooth project operations; and safety, quality, and environmental protection must be strictly enforced, with all company safety management requirements earnestly implemented. Business management must be effectively carried out to consolidate the quality of development. Efforts should be concentrated on tackling the key task of settlement, accelerating the settlement of completed projects; greater efforts should be made to recover funds to ensure that every receivable is collected; and debt clearance work should be done well to safeguard the company's high-quality development. The building of a backbone talent team must be effectively carried out, with greater precision in training. The coach grid system should be improved to precisely cultivate experts in various business areas; attention should be paid to selecting and training a team of "commanding talents" capable of shouldering task targets, daring to take responsibility and perform duties, skilled in team management, and committed to achieving practical project results, so as to reserve outstanding personnel for the company's high-quality development.
