On December 8th, Summary Recognition Conference of national quality engineering awards of 2019 was held in the National Convention Center in Beijing. At the meeting, 1,800,000t/a methanol and 700,000t/a polyolefin project constructed by the ELECO won the 2018-2019 National Quality Project Gold Award, Sewage treatment project of Zheng zhou New District won the 2018-2019 National Quality Engineering Award.
The National Quality Engineering Award was established in 1981, and it is earliest and highest level national honor with cross industry and cross professional in China, and the scope covers metallurgical, nonferrous, coal, petroleum, petrochemical and other engineering construction industries etc, and it plays a leading role in the industry.
