On December 13th, Mr. Li Shiju, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Company, met with Mr. Li Yunde, Chairman of Shandong Xingsheng Mining Co., Ltd. and his party at the company headquarters. The company's general manager Mr. Han Chang’ en, deputy general managers Mr. Fan Changyun and Mr. Zheng Qiqing, and the relevant persons in charge of the domestic marketing department and the Fourth Engineering Company participated in the meeting.
At the meeting, Mr. Li Shiju introduced the company's reform & development, and market development in detail. Mr. Li Yunde introduced Shandong Xingsheng Mining's production of mineral resources in Xinjiang and the next industrial chain planning. The two parties held in-depth discussions and exchanges on the development of the clean and efficient deep processing and comprehensive utilization of coal industrial chain and the construction of intelligent parks, hoping to establish long-term cooperative relationships so as to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.
At the end of the meeting, the two parties signed a strategic framework cooperation agreement on an industrial integration project of 5,500,000 t/a low-grade coal graded clean and efficient deep processing comprehensive utilization of new materials.
