Recently, the kick-off meeting of PCS expansion project of Shanghai Covestro Co., Ltd was held in the base training room. The Shanghai Covestro Team, the Shanghai Collaborative Supervision Team and ELECO Construction Team etc. 60 persons participated in the conference. Mr. Tian Zhansen, construction manager of the client presided over the meeting.
The owner project manager Mr.Gao Zuomin made an opening speech and gave a brief introduction of the overall planning, implementation concept, stage objectives, and progress of various government licenses; the owner's safety, construction, quality, materials, plans and other functional departments also introduced and explained various requirements of the department separately; Mr. Liu Zhonggui, director of the Shanghai Collaborative Supervision Company, introduced the supervision plan and requirements of the project; Mr. Zheng Dexiu, the ELECO's PCS expansion project manager, introduced the preparatory work we have done sine owner granted us the contract on May 20th, and explained the construction plan of the whole project in detail.
After communication among the three parties, Mr. Gao Zuomin announced that the PCS expansion project of Shanghai Covestro Co., Ltd officially started.
