Recently, the Oman Liwa Ethylene Project organized 40 million safety man-hour celebrations. Both McDermott and the headquarters of CTCI send representatives to attend the celebration. All the staff of Oman lLiwa Ethylene Public Works Department were invited to attend and won the recognition of owners and CCJV.
 
At the celebration, CCJV project director Williams, CCJV construction director Luo Wenbin, owner OPRIC project manager make speeches to thank the various units and groups for their collaboration to achieve this milestone, and stressed the importance and challenge of safety. Anyone has the right to refuse unsafe work. Finally, all the project personnel are expected to work safely, and then achieve the next milestone until the end of the project. I hope everyone can safely return to their family.
 
Mr. Steve Pack, Director of Occupational Health and Environment of McDermott awarded the 40 million safety work-hour medal to the company’s project department.
