On the afternoon of May 13th, the company held a symposium on labor laws and regulations in the sixth conference room of the headquarters. Mr. Bai Tao, deputy general manager of the company, Mr. Zhang Qingfan, general counsel and chairman of the labor union, Mr. Yang Shijie, vice president of the Labor and Personnel Arbitration Court of Kaifeng City, Ms. Zhao Fang, member of the People's Law Party Group of the Shunhe Huizu District, Mr. Li Xingli, the full-time member of the Judicial Committee, Ms. Deng Na, civil trial judge, and the head of the relevant departments and branches of the Sub-company participated in the discussion. During the symposium, Mr. Yue Wensuo, deputy director of the Human Resources Department, publicized the company's document on “Promoting the implementation plan for comprehensive clean-up of labor relations”. Mr. Li Xingli explained the "Labor Law" and "Labor Contract Law" to the employees combined with the cases in the process of handling cases.
The company's leaders and three judges conducted a comprehensive discussion on the legal issues encountered in the company. The judges analyzed the causes of the problems in depth, and explained and provided corresponding solutions.
