On July 14, Mr Li Shiju (the company's party secretary and chairman), Mr. Liu Tiyi(chief engineer), the owner's representative and Chengda alkali plant project representatives came to Ras Al Khair in the northeastern industrial zone of Saudi Arabia to investigatthe alkali plant project.
 
At 11 o'clock on the morning of July 16, Mr Li Shiju (the company's party secretary and chairman), Mr. Liu Tiyi(chief engineer), Mr. Liu Yiheng( Chengda party committee secretary and chairman) and deputy general manager Mr. Xu Gang and others attended the the contract signing ceremony between the owner Inochem and the general contractorin the banquet hall of the Huamei Hotel.
