On the morning of July 27th, Mr. Li Shiju, the chairman of the company, and Mr. Li Guangming, the deputy general manager of the company, participated in the installation incentive meeting of the Hengli 20 million tons/year refining and chemical integration project at the multi-function hall of the third floor of Hengli Comprehensive Building at the invitation of the Dalian Municipal People's Government. At the conference, Mr. Shi Zhiyong, deputy general manager of the group company, Mr. Nie Ningxin, director of the operation management department, and the main leaders of the five brothers involved in the construction of the project were invited to attend. Mr. Chen Luping, deputy governor of Liaoning Province, and Mr. Lu Lin, executive deputy mayor of Dalian Municipal Committee, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. At the meeting, Mr. Li Shiju, the chairman of the company, signed a letter of responsibility on behalf of the company with Hengli Petrochemical.
