Cooling tower shell is located at the 2.5 meters south of the 1-2 axis of the gasification device with 0.1 meters elevation, which weighs 126 tons, 3.6 meters in diameter and 22 meters high. The hoisting space of the cooling tower is limited and can not be hoisted normally. After the detailed site measurement, the 400t crawler crane is selected for hoisting. In the process of expert demonstration of hoisting scheme,it has received the guidance of a number of experts to provides a strong technical support for safe and smooth hoisting.
 
 
The equipment is successfully hoisted in place from the approach to finished unload within one day to achieve safe and high-efficiency.
