Until 2th of July pm, two sets of gasifier in An Hui province Haoyuan Chemical Group Co., Ltd. 500,000 tons per year DME project lifted in position successfully. It shows the gasification installation launched formally.
The gasifier has a diameter 3.8m, height 20.3m, single weight 240t. It is the "space furnace" withthe pressurized gasification of powder coal technology and also with independent intellectual property rights belong to the space design institute.The hoisting work used 750t crawl crane as the main crane, 200t crane as the trailing crane. Under the joint efforts of all the staffof this project department, the hoisting of the two gasifiers was successfully completed.
