On July 8th, the company's technical quality director Mr. Zhang Ximin and his team came to Dalian Hengli petrochemical project so as to check the company's internal control system, the operation of the three systems. The internal audit team conducted a comprehensive inspection of the site entities and construction behavior, and then systematically checked the construction organization design, special construction plan,construction technology turn-over, safety turn-over,safety costs input, bulk materials procurement, subcontract management, cost control, revolving material management and other internal information.
Through two days of inspection, the internal audit team found that the project highlights 16, 21 questions proposed. The inspection effectively promoted the healthy development of the project and the effective implementation of the company's rules and regulations.
Also on July 10th to 11th, the company's internal inspection team went to the Qitaihe project department for a two-day internal audit. After checked project quality, safety, progress, construction safety and technical documents, inspection team considered that the project department strictly carried out each work in accordance with the company's rules and regulations, and inspection team also put forward the list of issues which need to be rectified, and asked the project department to deal with quickly.
This internal review promoted the project whole staff paid full attention to the work of technological innovation, improved the standardization of project management level, and enhanced the overall safety and quality awareness. At present, the project department is to strengthen the construction organization, optimize the construction program, so as to ensure the realization of node duration objectives.
