At 10:15 on May 4th, the Xinjiang Zhongtai chemical new material factory project has achieved a 35 thousand volt substation once energized successfully, which means that the project has entered a single commissioning, and installation and commissioning stage.
The main construction tasks of the substation include 2 sets of 35 thousand volt transformers, , 11 sets of 35 thousand volt high voltage switchgear, 53 sets of 10 thousand volt high voltage switchgear, 2 sets of 10 thousand volt Transformers, 13 sets low-voltage switchgear, and cable 36258 meters. The 35 thousand volt substation facilities is as the core of the project, since work started in late October 2016, the project department actively communicated with design company to complete substation related design work in priority, regularly held meeting of substation energize, compiled energize plan and safety measures in detail. The construction technicians turn over technical carefully, QC inspectors check carefully, and the construction in-charge actively coordinate and make safety and progress under control. In the joint efforts of the project department and all construction personnel, preparation of energize work completed before May 4th, and went through strict joint inspection of owner, instrument workshop, and supervision departments, so as to ensure that the energize work done efficiently and in order.
The success of the energize has received the unanimous praise from the owners and supervision company, which show the CNCEC’s professional and technical level, and highlight the company's installation strength, and won a good reputation for the company.
