Kaifeng power generating companyof Guodian group, to lay the central heating pipe network to Dongjing Road in north, then connected with primary hearing pipe to Donghuan road in west along Dongjing Road, until Bianjing Road, Gongnong Road and Laodong Road, to realizethegreat leap forward development for city's central heating cogeneration "East West".
