The last section of 60m steel chimney group on lifting work of Huizhou Refinery Phase two POX steam super heater project has been successfully completed by the Eighth Engineering Company on 6^th, January.
The outline size of the 60m steel chimney for φ5500/2700 * 60000mm, total 158t, the site is small, the whole lifting plan can not be carried out. After careful research, the whole work is divided into three sections according to equipment transportation and material delivery, including the second lifting segment length of 20 meters, and the weight is 57T, and the third segment length of 25 meters, the weight of 47T, using 260T as the main crane, 150T crawler crane crane as the auxiliary crane. On January 1^st the second setup lifting completed, and the third completed on January 6^th, because of sufficient technical preparations, the hoisting process is finished successfully, which win a good reputation from the owners and the supervision units.
