Recently,overhaul work of Puyang coal chemical gasification devicein spring of 2017undertaken by No.9 Construction Sub-company PuYang department is successful completed.

In March,  Puyang coal chemical industryall stop for overhaul. This overhaul includes all static equipment, piping, and infrastructure (not including civil works) in gasification plant, also the overhaul, assembly and disassembly and welding of the equipment and pipelines in the scope of the project (not including supporting electrical and instrumentation) such as 11, 12 units of all rotating equipment, recycle gas compressor K1302, slag breaking machine X1401, submerged chain conveyor X1402, temporary slag pump and S1702 vacuum filter and so on; 05K001 and 06 units of methanol plant, nitrogen compressor unit and auxiliary equipment of the air branch plant, the assembly and disassembly, welding work of all the valves above 3 inches in the coal chemical plant area. etc.

This overhaul is facing with tight time limit, heavy task , lack of personnel on the project and complex working environment on site. In face of these difficulties, Puyang project department rely on scientific organization, overall arrangement, self pressurized, and all staff carry forward the fine tradition of “endurehardship specially, fight specially” to explore the potential and meet the difficulties. After the joint efforts of the staff of the project, the spring overhaul task by Puyang department is completed timely with quality assurance and get unanimous recognition and praise from owners and supervisors which is laid a good foundation for construction for the next step.
