Mr. Wei Daocheng demanded that all employees must complete the following; first, during the Spring Festival, Site management personnel must obey the unified arrangement of the project department, do well in the ongoing project; Second, Increase the safety and quality management efforts, should not blindly pursue progress, while ignoring safety and reduce quality standards; third, the construction documents to keep up with the progress of construction, guarantee the smooth completion; fourth, project management team should pay attention to the two operation, mostly for the project profit; fifth, three department not only to make good arrangements for the construction during the Spring Festival, but also arrange the return to work after the holiday, to ensure the completion of the Chemical cycle II project on January 31^st and other projects completion on March 31^st
