10月21日，16点整刚组对好的1000T履带吊“第一钩”顺利完成试吊。15分钟后，此吊4HZ—12钢柱到达指定位置，半小时后，初步就位完成。这次试吊成功后，1000T履带吊将陆续展开气化炉及其他大型设备的吊装工作，掀起永城项目部工程设备安装工作的新高潮。
在项目经理郭伯浩的督促和指导下，截止目前，40万吨醋酸汽化装置钢结构安装工程，35m以下楼梯间及下部外挑梁全部安装完毕，一~三层钢结构已全部安装完毕，53M平台已经基本完成安装。截止到记者发稿时，华能钢结构安装队已经完成2300 T钢结构的安装工作，随着1000T履带吊的成功施吊，钢结构安装迅速攀登至64M新高度，跨上钢筋混凝土结构的第四层，张开箱型柱的安装工作。钢结构安装工程是设备安装的前提，永城项目部安全、高效、优质的钢结构安装工作赢得了施工监理和业主的一致肯定。 （永城项目部 熊国柱）
