4月13日晚上8点半，石河子项目部在基地办公室召开安全、质量专题会议，各施工队队长、专职安全员、质检员参加会议。
会上，项目安全质检负责人传达了业主、监理、公司及分公司、项目部下达的一系列法规、文件、规章制度，对工程前期注意事项大家充分交流了意见，统一了思想，提高了认识，对专职人员进行了明确分工，责任到人。会议要求参战职工要以新的形象、新的精神面貌尽快投入到工作中去，坚持安全第一，质量至上，团结一心，顽强拼搏，安全、优质、高速完成石河子离子膜烧碱二期工程。
