Company and ELECOCommunity Held Shunhe Hui District Sixteenth People's Congress

As the unified arrangement for Shunhe Hui District National People's Congress electionsby Kaifeng municipal party committee, in the afternoon of February 23^rd, Shunhe Hui District Sixteenth National People's Congress election meeting(company and ELECO communityjoint district) was convened as schedule, the center was located in the conference room. Total 1294 voters were eligible to participate in the election. Company leaders Wei Daocheng, Tang Zhiqiang, and community leaders attended the election meeting.
The meeting stressed that the selected sixteenth District People's Congress, to implement the spirit of the party's eighteen, the fourth, fifthand six plenary session of the eighteen session, building a well-off society and realize a good start for the "13th Five-Year plan", has very important practical significance and far-reaching historical significance.All voters should strictly abide by the general discipline, and resolutely put an end to unhealthy tendencies in elections, especially no canvassing bribery, punish unhealthy tendencies to disrupt the election, to ensure the impartial election.At the same time, we must abide by the rules of the election meeting, and the unified arrangements to ensure the smooth conduct of the election.
The meeting read out official candidates list of company and ELECO communityjoint district; approved <Election Method of Sixteenth National People's Congress election meeting for Joint District(draft)> and list of head scrutineer, scrutineers, head teller and tellers by voting. The election adopted the method of secret ballot and competitive election, elected the two official candidates Zheng Qiqing and ZhaiDongqing by ballot.
As the result of meeting election, Zheng Qiqing was elected by a majority of high to be the NPC member of joint district.
