Installation of the first equipment of Zhejiang Petrochemical Phase II Acrylonitrile Complex is completed
On the afternoon of May 16th, the first heavy equipment 1210-R-1101 reactor of acrylonitrile combined unit of 40 million t/a refining and chemical phase II project of Zhejiang Petrochemical Co., Ltd. was successfully installed in the center of acrylonitrile unit.
The reactor is the core equipment of the unit. The specification of the equipment is 34m in height, 9.5m in diameter and 485t in net weight. The main crane is LR1125 1350t crane and the tail sliding crane is SCC4000C 400t crawler crane. As the first large-scale equipment installed in the combined plant, the successful placement of the equipment marks the beginning of the equipment installation phase of Zhejiang Petrochemical phase II acrylonitrile combined unit.
