The 2019 overhaul work of Shanghai Covestro Project Department was officially launched in May. Device stopped on May 18th, and after 20 consecutive days of construction work, construction work is basically finished on June 6th, production and feeding work began on June 7th, and after 12 hours of reaction operation, the qualified products were produced on June 8th, which marks the overhaul work completed successfully.
This overhaul project has mobilized nearly 600 people. At the peak of the day, there are 15 cranes working at the same time. The maximum tonnage of the crane is 650 tons. During the construction, the leaders from Covestro Co. Overhaul Team and ELECO Overhaul Project Management Team usually conduct one-hour joint inspection on the site every day so as to ensure that the on-site work are finished in place, and the safety measures and civilization are under high standards and controllable status.
