On September 3, the CPC Committee of China Eleventh Chemical Construction Company Limited convened a meeting of the Party Building Leading Group. Participants communicated and studied General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important instructions on the learning and education campaign for establishing and practicing a correct view on performance, as well as relevant meeting spirits of the CPC Party Committee of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council and the Group Company Party Committee. The meeting summarized the progress of the company’s learning and education, arranged work to consolidate and expand its achievements and establish a long-term mechanism, and pushed forward high-quality corporate development guided by a correct view on performance. Zhu Wenjun, Secretary of the Company Party Committee and Chairman of the Board, presided over the meeting and delivered a speech.

The meeting stressed that a regular learning and education mechanism should be put in place. The company must strictly benchmark against General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important instructions and fully implement all deployment requirements issued by the SASAC and the Group Party Committee. It shall leverage the “Three Sharp Tools” to improve the regular mechanism for identifying and rectifying problems. Focus will be placed on translating learning outcomes into practice and integrating the correct view on performance deeply into production and operation activities. Efforts will continue to improve internal control systems, refine the assessment system and build a long-term working mechanism. The company will strengthen responsibility transmission and use supervision and evaluation to ensure effective implementation. It will strictly observe integrity requirements and take the lead in fostering a clean and upright working environment.

The meeting required all staff to firmly establish a correct view on performance, fully implement arrangements from the company’s mid-year work conference and deliver all tasks without compromise. Active measures shall be taken to tackle key and difficult challenges and strengthen lean management. The company will push forward work from both ends and enhance full-chain risk prevention and control. Safety production responsibilities must be consolidated to keep the red lines and bottom lines unbroken. Back-office development shall be enforced to give full play to the management hub. All cadres should demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, take proactive actions to overcome difficulties, and deliver solid achievements that stand the test of practice and history. Guided by the correct view on performance, the company will strive toward the new goal of becoming a 10-Billion-Yuan Chemical Construction Enterprise with high-quality development.
